Property Inventory

Property Inventory reports are essential for any owner/letting agent wishing to preserve the condition of their property. Our reports ensure both the owner and tenant are aware of the exact condition of the property therefore removing any surprises which will determine whether an owner would wish to return a deposit back to the tenant.

Our Property Inventory reports cover the condition, quantity, and cleanliness of the property. We assess all fixtures, fittings and decor and include photographic evidence where necessary. We offer different types of property inventory reports depending on your needs:

Inventory - Furnished

A clerk will make a full assessment of the property’s condition, features and make a count of all fixtures, furniture and appliances throughout.

  • Meter readings (gas, electric and water)
  • Fire alarm check
  • Photos
  • Condition check: fixture and fittings
  • Condition check: furniture
  • Condition: appliances check
  • Inventory count
Inventory – Unfurnished

A clerk will make a full assessment of the property’s condition, features and make a count of all fixtures throughout.

Check In

At the check in a clerk will meet the tenant at the property in order to sign for the keys and agree with the condition of the property.

  • General condition check

  • Inventory count (including keys)
  • Tenant handover procedure
Check Out

At the end of tenancy a clerk will inspect the property using the check in report to note any changes to its condition with photographic evidence.

Mid Term Check
